Question: What do you perceive to be the major issue of the office for which you are running and how do you propose to address the issue?

The biggest issue facing Braintree is affordable housing. Not just the state mandated 40B housing, but entry level housing that our children can afford.

In order to retaining this housing we will need to create new Zoning By-laws that limit the combined floor to lot area ratio of the homes in area with large amounts of entry level housing. We cannot allow lots to be overdeveloped. Oversized housing on undersized lots does not promote entry level housing.
