Question: What do you perceive to be the major issue of the office for which you are running and how do you propose to address the issue?

Deregulation of the electric power industry has dismantled the previously existing efficient power supply structure and replaced it with a confused, chaotic and volatile system. To cope with this and ensure a stable source of power for our residents we are developing plans to construct a new generating plant at our present Potter location. This will allow us to continue to furnish low cost electricity and the high quality of service to which our customers have become accustomed.
